Agave is an American half-timbered plant from steep vandor canyons around the Sierra Madre Oriental. Agave bracteosa grows here at a height of 900 to 1700 m and is also very frost-resistant. It forms smaller rosettes, very fine toothed, tapering from the base of the leaf to the fine tip. Inflorescence is striking, creating white flowers on high stem.
