Melissa oil 10ml
Our organically created essential oil Melissa, also known as lemon balm oil.
Melissa oil is considered to be one of the most effective medicinal essential oils in all aromatherapy. It has an aroma of clear, lemon, and herbal aroma, which most individuals consider very pleasant and uplifting. The herb was named "Melissa" because of its sweet, fresh citrus aroma, known to attract bees (Melissa is the Greek word for "honey bees").
Melissa has serrated leaves and tiny white and pink flowers. Both the flowers and the leaves are subjected to steam distillation to extract and capture the essential oil. The exceptionally low yield (about 0.05%) makes Melissa (lemon balm) a very expensive oil and one that is commonly adulterated by inexpensive oils such as lemongrass, citronella, and Litsea Cubeba.
It is known to be a true aromatic elixir, and thanks to the non-violent power of Melissa, it is a vital part of any essential oil production.
Intensely refreshing and divinely aromatic oil from Melissa (lemon balm) is gentle but boasts a strong fusion of soothing, nourishing, and vital properties. In addition, it is a potent support component in reducing the number of undesirable microbes.
Lemon balsamic essential oil is also a useful agent in the treatment of minor pain and inflammation. We often turn to this essential oil when we try to reduce the incidence of unwanted bacterial, fungal or viral activity.
Melissa Essential Oil is among the most powerful of all-natural essential oils & nbsp; to improve deep health during challenging winter months. In skincare applications, it is a suitable oil to support healthy, radiant skin and to soothe irritated skin.
This powerful oil has been known for centuries as the heart elixir because it has uplifting and mood-enhancing properties when you go through situational anxiety or depression.
Melissa essential oil (lemon balm) promotes emotional harmony, reduces anger, promotes restful sleep, and provides comfort during periods of high stress or grieving deep loss.
