- 1963 - Later, two men, Herbert and Gilbert, invented a cigarette that worked without combustion - using a vaporization system.
- 1980 - During these years, the market moved forward, and experts managed to create a plan for manufacturing e-cigarettes for inhalation. However, there was one catch - it was just a paper with nicotine content, not a complete e-cigarette construction.
- 2000 - Although concepts for electronic cigarette production already existed, the liquids to be used in them had not been invented. Chinese pharmacist Hon Lik completed this idea by combining propylene glycol with vegetable glycerin to create the so-called e-liquid.
After 2007, the range of vaporizers expanded and has been continuously evolving since then. The design, size, and performance of vaporizers change. However, the function remains the same: inhaling vapor.
