Coronavirus and CBD
New type of coronavirus COVID-19. This is the scary virus that first appeared in China in December 2019, from where it began spreading worldwide within just a few weeks. In March of this year, the virus epicenter shifted to Italy, from which the infection spread at a truly dizzying speed across Europe. Infection numbers change almost every minute, so it's currently impossible to define the most "affected" countries. Given that this is an infectious disease, CBD could potentially represent a good supportive way of helping in the fight against this illness. The reason is especially its positive influence on the endocannabinoid system and highly anti-inflammatory properties.
A Little About COVID-19 Coronavirus
This is a highly infectious disease that can be transmitted from person to person. Transmission occurs through droplets, specifically when sneezing, coughing and potentially through physical contact. The incubation period ranges from 1 to 14 days, during which the disease remains infectious. COVID-19 manifests similarly to a more serious flu or other respiratory diseases.
