Kannabis Seeds Seed Bank

One of the first Spanish seed banks that has developed admirable breeding capabilities during its operation. The most important factor influencing this bank's decisions is the user. Through feedback, both the company and individual varieties in the lineup are shaped.

Success is certainly aided by the fact that today they own several independent departments dedicated to cultivation, improvement, and experimentation. Each department has its specialists, so the resulting product is a guarantee of quality influenced by a process built on experts. This principle of listening to customers, combined with a professional approach in all process steps, is highly effective.

The offer here is guided by demand, so the user ultimately always gets exactly what they need. Available is a wide selection of cannabis seeds of all types – photoperiodic and autoflowering; all feminized by suppressing one phytohormone and without any genetic modification. This will save you money and time. Autoflowering varieties were created by crossing with the Ruderalis cannabis strain, which without crossing does not exhibit any interesting properties.

A great advantage here are varieties rich in CBD (cannabidiol), which users interested in its versatile medical use will surely appreciate. Every grower can choose a suitable type according to climate or cultivation skill level. Whether you're looking for something relaxing or stimulating, effective in reducing pain or sleep problems – you'll definitely find something here.

Kannabia Seeds can boast numerous awards in prestigious competitions, such as Medical Marijuana Cup and Cannabis Canarias Cup. Customer, research, and hard work are the main pillars of this bank.

Some Significant Awards

  • 2012 - 1st Place, Medical Marijuana Cup - variety: Mataro Blue

  • 2013 - 3rd Place, Cannabis Canarias Cup - variety: La Blanca

  • 2018 - 1st Place, Expogrow VII International Cannabis Cup - variety: Colombian Jack

Mataro Blue

This variety is the result of crossing three models – Blueberry, Mazar-i-Sharif and Black Domina. It is very productive, whether grown outdoors or indoors. Since it can reach heights up to 2 meters, it is more suitable for growers who have no space issues. Large volume is another characteristic of this model, so it is recommended to tie the branches to prevent breaking – especially in late flowering period. Prepare for a strong aroma and large sticky resin production.

Dominant indica is represented by 75%. The remaining 25% covers sativa. As is typical with indica, it manifests sedative pain-relieving effects. If you want to relax, do not hesitate to choose Mataro Blue. Flowering time is around 9 weeks. After this period, you can expect a rich yield of approximately 600 g/m2. The taste resembles berry fruits. Growers consider it a stable variety with very predictable results. Resistance to pests and mold is certainly another great feature.
