Focus by Cannapio
The origin of the feminized Focus strain is not entirely clear. It is a cross between two predominantly sativa hybrids. Thanks to breeding around the year 2000, this strain achieves excellent yields.
Due to sativa genetics, the plants are characterized by long stretched branches with only a few leaves, creating dense clusters of heavy buds. The plants grow tall, and their height can be regulated using shorter vegetative cycles or appropriate horticultural techniques.
This feminized Focus strain is suitable for both indoor and outdoor placement. In warmer outdoor environments, this plant is very resistant to mold.
The plants have a flowering time of approximately 10-12 weeks. The expected indoor yield is up to 550 g/m².
When placing the Focus strain outdoors, the plants are ready for harvest in early November and the yield in this environment is approximately 700 g per plant.
This feminized strain has a high THC content.

Terpenes contained in Focus cannabis
Caryophyllene - Excels with a distinctly spicy peppery aroma with woody tones, which is a very fresh-acting combination. Caryophyllene has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, which may potentially help in pain relief. It is also used as an essence in inhalation mixtures, as the anti-inflammatory effect can positively influence the upper respiratory tract. Interestingly, caryophyllene can directly influence the endocannabinoid system and interact with its receptors, specifically CB2 receptors. This ability has not yet been proven for any other terpene.
Limonene - Limonene is among the most commonly occurring terpenes in marijuana plants. It is used in aromatherapy as a supportive treatment method for breathing problems. It has good anti-inflammatory effects and is a strong antioxidant. With its properties, it can help strengthen the body's natural defense capacity.
Myrcene - This is one of the most well-known terpenes that can be found in cannabis. It is concentrated mainly in the plant's flowers. It has effective anti-inflammatory capabilities. In the future, it could be helpful in treating inflammatory joint diseases.
Humulene - Humulene is characterized by an earthy, pungent aroma with spicy tones. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. It is used in the inhalation of therapeutic vapors to relieve upper and lower respiratory tracts. It contributes to the treatment of asthma, allergies, sinus inflammation, or bronchitis.
