WHAT IS MEDICAL CANNABIS?
Cannabis for medical use are dried female flower clusters of the plant Cannabis sativa L. (hemp) or Cannabis indica L. (Indian hemp). The main active ingredients are cannabinoids, among which tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) stand out.
